A Virtual assistant, also called AI assistant or Digital

assistant, is a program that understands natural
language voice commands and performs tasks for the
user. Siri in Apple devices, Alexa in Amazon devices,
and Cortana in Windows devices are examples of
virtual assistants.

Search Engines
Search engines, such as Google and Bing, use AI to collect

data about a user’s preferences and search history to provide
relevant information and website links.

Chatbots

A Chatbot is a computer program that uses AI to
simulate conversation, either written or spoken,
allowing humans to interact with digital devices as if
they were communicating with a real person.
