Canvas: The white area in the centre is the drawing Canvas. It is used to draw
pictures.
Selector: The right side of the screen is the Selector. It displays various options
for a selected tool.
Colors Palette: The Colors Palette is below the Canvas. It is used to select
colours for a drawing.
Information Area: It displays the Tux penguin, which gives tips about a
selected tool or feature.
DRAWING IN TUX PAINT
You can create your own drawing or use one of the pre-designed drawings in
Tux Paint.
To open a new drawing:
1. Click the New tool in the Toolbox.
A list of drawings and backgrounds is displayed.
