Viewing a Slide Show

            Viewing a slide show means to have a look at how the actual presentation looks. Slide show means presenting
            all the slides, one by one, on a full screen.

            A slide show can be viewed from the beginning of the slides or from the current slide.
            Step 1:  Click on  Slide Show menu.
            Step 2:  Select from the options:
                     •  Start from First Slide: To start the presentation from the fi rst slide.

                     •  Start from Current Slide: To start the presentation from the currently selected slide.

            Step 3:  By clicking the mouse button, you can move to the next slide. Or, you can        R
                     use the arrow keys on the keyboard to go to the next slide or the previous   Is it possible to view the
                     one. You can also press the Spacebar key on the keyboard to proceed to the   slide show from last slide
                     next slide.                                                                 in Impress?
            Step 4:  To exit the slide show view, press the ESC key.


















            Right-click anywhere on the screen to open a menu for navigating the slides and set other options.
