        Rewards of Entrepreneurship

Enterpreneurs treat problems that come in life as opportunities that help to create a product or service. Here are
        some rewards of entrepreneurship:
 Being the Boss: The most signifi cant reward of entrepreneurship is working for your own. From the initial
plan of starting the enterprise till doing business to the end; everywhere, you are the boss taking decisions.
It is a matter of great self-satisfaction and self-confi dence.
 Doing What You Enjoy: There is a saying that if you want to be happy with the profession, ‘do what you
love or love what you do’. As an entrepreneur, you are bound to enjoy every moment of your journey.
 Having Opportunity to be Creative: Entrepreneurs are creative persons. The problems can be solved if
one can think differently from others. This is actually what entrepreneurs do. Any problem they face, they
              always fi nd a solution.
 Building an Enterprise: Building an enterprise is a very rewarding achievement. The person who creates
              it, understands the glory.
 Rewarded for Assuming Risk: Risk-taking is almost synonymous with entrepreneurship. To start and
support your own business, you will have to put your career, personal fi nances and even your mental
              peace at stake.
 Contribution to the Economy: Being able to see how your business has contributed to the local economy
and provided jobs to people, is incredibly rewarding. Your role as a business leader in your community is
              important and respectable.
 Setting Own Schedule: As you are the boss, you are in charge of deciding when you want to work. Instead
of a boring 9-5 set-up, you are able to have more freedom. It’s not that you are doing less work, but rather
that you are able to choose when you want to work in order to accommodate other activities in your life.
 Work from Anywhere: There is no need to go to the offi ce every day for work. With a good internet
connection and a laptop you could work from home, at the beach or anywhere else the mood takes you.
This is the perfect way to avoid the tediousness of working in the same place and is one of the biggest
rewards of living the entrepreneur lifestyle.
