Let us understand more about the AI project life cycle with the help of a simple example.

Example: Suppose you want to prepare a list of guests and send an invitation to all the members existing in
the list for the company’s annual function. According to your company norms , no unauthorized person except
employees and their family members should be there. To restrict the unauthorized entry, you can collect data
about all the invitees and mandate the following things:

u Invitees should come along with their invitation card.
u Invitees should remember the secret code which could be assigned by you at the time of invitation.

u Invitees should come along with their separate ID card which could be given by you at the time of invitation.
In this example, you can visualize all the collected data. This data should be reliable according to the event
requirements. This is the phase of data acquisition where data are collected on the basis of requirements.

After data collection, data should be explored to interpret some useful information about all the invitees like
designation, level, family members etc. This is the phase of data exploration where the collected data are
explored to interpret some useful information.

Now you can create a system which detects the unique id of a person at the entry gate. To do so, you can feed
all the important data in a biometric system. A biometric system can easily recognise unauthorized entry by
matching the given ID with the existing ID in the system. This is the phase of modeling in which a machine is
trained on the basis of datasets.

After training the model, you can deploy it and test it using right and wrong data. This stage is known as the
        Evaluation stage.

        PROBLEM SCOPING

The term ‘Problem Scoping’ refers to a process of defining the scope of a problem with the vision of solving it in
an efficient way. In a nutshell, problem scoping is the phase of problem definition.

        Sustainable Development Goals

future protection. Select any theme from the diagram given below:

Among the following themes, you can select anyone or you can think of any other theme on your own. As you
know, 17 goals have been announced by the United Nations organisation which are based on a theme. The aim
is to achieve these goals by the end of 2030. A pledge to do so has been taken by all the member nations of the
UN. You can also select any theme to 17 achieve these Sustainable Development Goals.
