        Omission  is  an  exercise  in  which  learners  have  to  find  from  where  a  word  has  been
        omitted and provide the missing word. This exercise contains a short passage in which
        a word is omitted in each numbered line.

        In the following  passage, one word has been omitted in each numbered line. Write
        the missing word along with the word that comes before and the word that comes
        after the missing word. Underline the missing words.
