                    O
Whose bag is lying on my table?

                   Listening & Speaking Time

The teacher will divide the class into two groups. He/She ask the students to imagine
a situation by linking some of the nouns given below. All nouns are related to the
                  classroom situation.
Desk, blackboard, smartboard, cupboard, desk, fan, switches, table, classroom, chair,
Determiners handkerchief, pen, pencil, rubber, ruler, shoes, wall-display, chart.
duster chalk, windows, whiteboard marker, doors, schoolbags, lunch box, water bottle,

The students will discuss among themselves. Each group will choose a group speaker.
The speaker will speak out the situation discussed with the group members, following
the rule that they should be using minimum one determiner in each sentence. Each
group is given five minutes for discussion.

                  For example:
One group speaker: This classroom is the darkest of all the rooms of this school.
The floor of this room remains dirty because the brooming and dusting are not
done properly. Sometimes either the fan or the tube light remains out of order. The
benches in the fifth row remain empty because it is so dark there that no student
                  likes to sit there.
