3. Future Perfect Tense: When the work is to be completely finished in future be-
fore a certain time, it is future perfect tense.
We shall have completed the work before evening.

She will have done her homework before night.

Rules for forming the Perfect Tenses
We know that there are three ways of forming sentences. Affirmative or assertive,
negative, and interrogative. We always use the past participle (3rd form) of the verb
in perfect tenses.
Present Perfect Tense
Assertive
1. Singular subject + has + 3rd form of the verb
2. Plural subject + have + 3rd form of the verb
Seema has done his homework.

They have gone from here.

Negative
1. Singular subject + has not + 3rd form of the verb
2. Plural subject + have not + 3rd form of the verb
Seema has not done his homework.

They have not gone from here.

Interrogative
1. Has + singular subject + 3rd form of the verb
2. Have + plural subject + 3rd form of the verb
3. Question word + has/have + subject + 3rd form of the verb
Have you consulted the doctor?
