A preposition is a word which is placed before a noun or a pronoun to show its relation
with another word in a sentence.

sitting on the table sitting near the bed sitting in the basket
sitting beside sitting between standing in front of
grandmother two boxes the door
sitting under the chair hiding behind the curtain
The prepositions given above show a relation between two objects.
Read the sentences to know some more prepositions.
1. Number 1 comes before number 2.
2. Number 3 comes after number 2.
3. Number 2 is between number 1 and 3.
4. The clock is hanging above the photo frame.
5. The photo frame is hanging below the clock.
6. Ankit is sitting with his grandmother.
