            IV.  You are Suman/ Som Nath, living at a posh colony in Mumbai. It is monsoon time and
                what you see is that drains in your neighbourhood are clogged with plastics. Polythene
                bags can be seen all around. Write a letter to the Commissioner of Mumbai Corporation,
                requesting him/her to get these drains cleaned before the monsoon arrives. (Word limit:
                100–120)

            V.   You  are  Deep  Sikha/  Deepak,  a  resident  of  Agra.  You  have  recently  joined  an  English
                speaking  course  to  improve  your  spoken  English.  But  what  you  notice  is  that  the
                pronunciation of the teacher is not that good. Write a letter asking the Director of the
                Institute to arrange a new teacher, so that you can continue your class in order to get
