The diff erent times of a day are morning, afternoon, evening and night.

TIME
A clock or watch tells us the time.
It has two hands and numbers from 1 to 12.
The short hand shows the hour. It is called the hour hand.
The long hand shows the minute.
It is called the minute hand.
In the clock, the hour handis at 3 and 11 12 1 Minute Hand
the minute hand is at 12. The time is 10 2
3 o’clock or 3:00. 9 3 Hour Hand
The hour hand moves from one 8 4
number to the next number in 1 7 5
hour. The minute hand completes 6
