A C T I V I T Y T I M E
Objective: To understand the concept of quarter past and half past.
Materials Required:
A clock model for each pair, paper chits and plastic bowl.
Procedure:
1. The teacher will write all the possible combinations of quarter past and half
past on the paper chits and place them in a plastic bowl.
2. The teacher will divide the students in pairs and ask them to pick up a chit.
3. The students will represent the time written on the chits using the clock models.
4. Similarly, each pair will repeat the same with their clock model.
