         HOTS:

           1. When one positive and one negative integers are to be added we ignore their signs and then subtract the smaller number from the bigger
number. The resulting number so obtained is assigned the sign of the integer whose absolute value is greater.
           2. –1001, the number which comes on the right is greater.
           3. Absolute value of an integer is always positive. Q |–5 + 4| = |–1| = 1 and |–5| + |4| = 5 + 4 = 9, hence, |–5 + 4| < |–5| + |4|.
           4. a = 32, b = 3,125 or a = 3,125, b = 32
