Activity
Objective : To know the capacity of different jugs.
Materials Required : 3 jugs of different sizes, glass, cup and bowl
Procedure : 1. Divide the class in groups of 5 children.
2. Tell them to fill up jugs with water using a glass.
3. Count the actual number of glasses needed to fill up
each jug.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 and find the capacity of these
three jugs using a cup and bowl.
5. Fill in the record table.
