V.   Transform these sentences by changing assertive into interrogative and interrogative into
             simple.

             1.  That is not the way a student should behave. (interrogative)
                 Is that the way a student should behave?

              2.  Is iron not the most useful of all metals? (assertive)
                 Iron is the most useful of all metals.

              3.  Everyone knows Sardar Patel. (interrogative)

                 Who does not know Sardar Patel?
              4.  Why waste time in talking idly? (assertive)

                 It is extremely foolish to waste time talking idly.
              5.  Those happy days will never return. (interrogative)

                 Will those happy days ever return?

        VI.  Read the following conversation and report what was said by completing the following
             passage.

             Amit    :  If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
             Rohan  :  I would like to go to Egypt and see the Pyramids of Giza.

             Amit    :  Do you like Egypt?

             Rohan  :  Yes. It is a fascinating place.

             Amit    :  Have you ever been to Egypt?

             Rohan  :  Yes, recently. I have been learning about ancient Egyptian history.
             Amit    :  If you ever get a chance to go, will you bring me a souvenir?

             Rohan  :  Of course, I will.

                Amit asked Rohan (a) if he could travel anywhere in the world, where he would go. Rohan
              replied that (b) he would like to go to Egypt and see the Pyramids of Giza. Amit asked
              (c)  if  he  liked  Egypt.  Rohan  replied  in  affirmation  and  said  that  (d)  it  was  a  fascinating
              place.  Amit  then  asked  (e)  if  he  had  ever  been  to  Egypt,  to  which  he  replied  in  the
              affirmative and said that (f) he had been learning about ancient Egypt history, which was
              fascinating. Amit then asked (g) him if he ever got a chance to go, would he bring him a
              souvenir. Rohan assured him (h) that he would bring him a souvenir.
