            (1)  You can balance your diet simply by including different colours of natural foods. All
                 you  have  to  do  is  pay  attention  to  the  food  you  consume  (careful  not  to  overeat).
                 Colours should be included in your diet, according to nutritionists.
            (2)  Sweets and candy bars are usually brightly coloured; however, keep in mind that they do
                 not include natural colours and are thus unhealthy. A diversity of naturally coloured foods
                 is the important aspect to note here. The darker the colour, the bigger the benefits.

            (3)  It’s been traditionally recognised that the more colours you have on your plate, the
                 more nutritious the food is likely to be. Colourful fruits and vegetables not only look
