            By using the following techniques, you can regulate your rebellious behaviour:


              •  Try to respond rather than react impulsively.

              •  Think about the consequences before acting out.

              •  Build your anger management and communication skills.

              •  Try to express how you feel in a calm manner.

              •  Respect boundaries.
