                                        A FEW TOOLS & TECHNIQUES

Some valuable things you should keep in mind while communicating with others are:

        1. Think before you speak: This will enable you to communicate your ideas and opinions clearly,
thus facilitating better understanding and a better outcome.

        2. Avoid ambiguity: Every message should have a clear purpose and should be free from ambiguity
             as much as possible.

        3. Keep the receiver in mind: Always keep the key characteristics of the listener in mind and adjust
             your communication style.

        4. Avoid critical statements: Keep your interactions positive, brief, and non-critical and maintain

             a positive attitude.
        5. Show gratitude and humility: Learn to be thankful to your listeners as you always learn
something new when you communicate or interact with others.

        6. Don’t take anything personally: Especially when there are disagreements or conflict with others.
