                                        A FEW TOOLS & TECHNIQUES


        If you wish to improve your concentration, you can engage in the following exercises:


        1.  Train your brain: By playing games that require you to concentrate better like chess, Sudoku,
             memory games, puzzles, etc.

        2.   Sleep well: Sleep deprivation can disrupt your concentration, attention, memory, and problem-
             solving skills. So, it is must to get an adequate amount of sleep daily.

        3.  Engage in some physical exercise: A physically active body is able to concentrate better.


        4.  Meditate: Pay attention to your breathing and sit for at least 10 minutes daily, focussing on the
             air you breathe in and out. This is likely to make you feel calm, focussed, and improves your
             concentration span.

        5.  Do not delay: Start today. You will become better with regular practice.
