2.  Participate in group activities: Participating in even small decisions will help you learn to speak
             your mind in more critical situations.


        3.   Think before you speak: Before you speak, think and choose your words carefully. Avoid using
             hurtful, rude, or aggressive words, or using insults and foul language.

        4.  Keep calm: When you are calm you are better able to express yourself. Avoid screaming or
             yelling as it makes people tune out.

        5.  Do it in writing: Sometimes, it helps to express yourself in writing. You can only speak to others

             clearly when you have clarity in your own mind.
