A FEW TOOLS & TECHNIQUES
All of us carry a Rahul within us. All we need to do is pursue our highest hopes and overcome
our deepest fears with determination. It is all a state of mind.
Some good ways to keep your mindset positive are:
• Never lose hope: Even when you are facing difficult situations, you should remind yourself that
tomorrow is another day and another chance to do better.
• Stay calm: Do not lose your cool even if you feel overwhelmed. Lashing out and reacting
immediately always leads to regret later on.
• Face every challenge boldly: Remind yourself that no challenge is too big if you tackle it with
positivity and enthusiasm. Everyone comes across many challenges in life, but bowing down to
them is not the answer.
• Each failure is an opportunity to become better: Sometimes, despite putting in your best efforts,
you may lose or not get desired outcomes. Treat that as just another experience and a valuable
opportunity to learn something about life and yourself.
• The key to positivity lies within you: No matter how many inspirational movies one watches or
books one reads, ultimately, the motivation and positivity to excel comes only from within you.
No other person can drive you to it. You have to do it for yourself.
