Key Values

It is very important to have team spirit. You need to have a positive attitude

and give your best shot. A good sportsman treats others players with respect

and never bullies or disrespects them. You should be able to accept your
success with humility and always be willing to learn from others.

An attitude like Howard’s in the middle of the story is never helpful. Not

being able to maintain team spirit can bring down the morale of the team

altogether. It can leave everyone disappointed and unmotivated which leads

to losing a lot of focus that is needed to participate or play.

Sometimes, there are more important things than just winning. You should

be able to deal with any unexpected situation with confidence and speak up

for your teammates. This is how you build successful teamwork!
