        Key Values

We all have things that worry us sometimes. But we should not carry them

as baggage everywhere we go. We read in the story that Ruby’s worry was

getting bigger and bigger because she was carrying it everywhere. We should
rather share our worries with our parents, siblings, teachers, and friends and

try to find solutions for the problems that cause these worries.

Some of the things that help us worry less are practicing gratitude and

meditation and staying around people that always help us find solutions to

        our problems.

        Food for Thought

How do you manage your small worries? Do they bother you for a long

          time?
