We can learn a lot about an object by studying its interaction with other

Snap We students have been using the techniques-though perhaps unknowingly-

it seems a little odd that “Best” way to study an object is to divert your

learn a lot about a topic/person simply by looking at how they relate to
the folks around them and same is true in Mathematics.

Maths Skills is a well-graded series for classes 1-8 based on the latest syllabus and adheres to the guidelines
of NEP 2020. This series provides an activity-based approach to help the learners of Mathematics.
This approach will engage the learners through emphasizing the role of Maths in our real life and also make a
shift from rote-learning to competency-based learning.

Salient Features of this Series are:

l Boot-up: Helps in connecting the previous learning to the present.

l Fact-o-meter: Provides the essence of the topic.

l Absorbing facts: Provides the additional knowledge of the topic.
l Challenge: Assign a task in form of puzzle for recognizing the mathematical terms.

l Assessment Time: Includes various competencies such as Multiple Choice Questions, Fill in the blanks, Case
study based questions, Hots questions, Brain teaser etc. for recapitulation.

l Activity: To develop the conceptual learning and provides a platform for exploration.

l Assessment Papers: Extremely useful for the learners. These papers recapitulate units at different stages.

We hope that this series will bring a holistic change in the way of Mathematics learning. And in last but not
in least “There is nothing like perfection”. So, you are most welcome to send your valuable suggestions and

         comments.
