Click 1. Left-click
When you press the left mouse button once, it is called a ‘Left-
click’. It is used to select objects on the computer screen.

2. Right-click
When you press the right mouse button once, it is called
a ‘Right-click’, It is used to display a list of commands for
the pointed object on the screen.

Click Double-click
When you click the left mouse button two times quickly,
it is called a ‘Double-click’. It is used to open a file or
program.
Double-click
Click and Drag release
When you click and hold the left mouse press move
button while moving the mouse, it is called
‘Click and Drag’. It is used to select more than
one object. It is also used to move objects on
screen from one position to another.
Scrolling
When you rotate the scroll wheel up and down, it is
called ‘Scrolling’. It is used to move the contents on
the screen up and down.
