• Some barriers to effective communication are: Attitudinal barriers, Language barriers, Gender barriers, Ambiguity barriers,
                Cultural barriers, Perceptual barriers, Information Overload barriers, and Emotional barriers.
                 • Some  measures  to overcome  barriers in effective  communication are: face-to-face interactions,  clarify ideas before
                communication,  planning the  communication,  eliminate  distractions,  soften the  language,  tone  and content  of message,
                encourage  feedback, consistency  of message,  follow up communication, remove  attitudinal  barriers,  avoid judgemental
                approach, hone good listening skills, and be confident.
                 • Any communication can be called effective communication if the receiver has completely understood what the sender wants
                to convey.
                 • The seven principles of effective communication are: Principle of Clarity, Principle of Objective, Principle of Understanding,
                Principle of Consistency, Principle of Completeness, Principle of Feedback, and Principle of Time.
                 • The Seven C’s of Effective Communication are Clear, Concise, Concrete, Correct, Coherent, Complete, and Courteous.
                 • The Four S’s of Communication are Shortness, Simplicity, Strength, and Sincerity.
                 • Writing skill is the ability to write sentences and paragraphs correctly with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
                 • A phrase is a group of words that stands together as a single unit, typically as part of a clause or a sentence.
                 • A sentence consists of a subject and a predicate. The subject tells us who or what a sentence is about and the predicate tells
                us more about the subject.
                 • The parts of speech explain how a word is used in a sentence. There are eight main parts of speech–noun, pronoun, adjective,
                verb, adverb, preposition, conjunction, and interjection.
                 • A paragraph is a series of sentences that are organised and coherent, and are all related to a single topic.
                 • Most paragraphs have a three-part structure — Introduction, Body, and Conclusion.
