Write T for True and F for False statements.
           1. Macros can be made to accept arguments in order to perform actions.

           2. The defined macros will not appear in the function lists.

             • Data Consolidation allows you to consolidate data from separate worksheets into a master worksheet.
             • Calc’s built-in Subtotal command to automatically add subtotals and grand totals to a list of data.
             • What-If Analysis is the process of changing the values in cells to see how those changes will affect the outcome of formulas on
             the worksheet.
             • Three kinds of What-If Analysis tools come with Calc: Scenarios, Goal Seek, and Data Tables.
             • A Scenario is a set of values that Calc saves and can substitute automatically on the worksheet.
             • Goal Seek is a process of calculating a value by performing what-if analysis on a given set of values. It lets you adjust a value used
in a formula to achieve a specific goal.
             • Solver is use to find an optimal (maximum or minimum) value for a formula in one cell — called the objective cell — subject to
constraints, or limits, on the values of other formula cells on a worksheet.
             • Linking is useful when user wants to pull the required information from different locations without retyping and recalculating
             everything once again.
             • The cell formatting of source worksheet and destination worksheet should be same otherwise the result could be viewed
             differently.
             • A hyperlink is coloured and underlined text, or a coloured and underlined graphic that you click to open a file, a location in a file,
a web page on the Web, etc.
             • In Calc, you can have multiple external data sources linked in your workbook that will reflect changes made on those sources and
allow you to work on the data imported.
             • If you are working on a file, then no one can edit it as it will open in read-only mode while sharing the workbook.
             • By sharing a Calc file, multiple people can work on the same workbook at the same time.
             • While working on shared workbook, users should always save the document before they insert their own values to present a
conflict of users wasting in same cell.
             • When using shared spreadsheets, comments should be used in order to collaborate better and leave small notes as to why
changes were made and by whom.
             • Changes made to shared spreadsheets can also be viewed, accepted, or rejected as needed in order to prevent loss of reviewing
             changes.
             • A macro is defined as a recording of your routine steps in Calc that you can replay using a single button .
