Activity Time Productivity & Initiative

The teacher will write nouns on the board. The students will add a suitable

verb to the noun.

The first round may be done by adding just a verb. In the second round,

students should try to make longer and more interesting sentences.

For example (a) Noun – Monkey.

(b) The monkey jumped.

(c) The monkey jumped on the car.

Listening & Speaking Time

The teacher will read out the following passage to the class and ask the

students to stand one by one and speak out in a similar manner about himself/

herself. The Sentence

“Hello students! I am your class teacher. My name is Ms Nikhat Parveen. I

teach you English. You also learn life skills and values in the class.”

The student will say: Good morning teacher! I am a student. My name is

Geeta Ranjan. I like to study English. I also learn life skills and moral values in

the class.
