Let’s Learn Am, Is, Are
We use is with a singular noun.
He is my friend. It is a table. She is a nurse.
We use am with ‘I’.
I am Tina.
I am in class I.
We use are when we speak of more than one noun and with we and they.
We use the word ‘You’ in place of both ‘single noun’ and ‘more than one
noun’. For example: You are a boy. You are children.
They are doctors. You are a boy. We are friends.
