MOUSE ACTIONS
Let us learn about the different mouse actions and their uses. Click
Click
Pressing the mouse button once and releasing it is called ‘Click’.
It is of two types:
Click 1. Left-click
When you press the left mouse button once, it is called
a ‘Left-click’. It is used to select objects on the computer
Left-click screen. Click
2. Right-click
When you press the right mouse button once, it is called
a ‘Right-click’, It is used to display a list of commands
for the pointed object on the screen.
Click Double-click
Click Right-click
When you click the left mouse button two times quickly, it is
called a ‘Double-click’. It is used to open a file or program.
Double-click release
Click and Drag move
When you click and hold the left mouse button press
while moving the mouse, it is called ‘Click and
Drag’. It is used to select more than one object. It
is also used to move objects on screen from one
position to another.
Scrolling
When you rotate the scroll wheel up and down, it is called ‘Scrolling’.
It is used to move the contents on the screen up and down.
