CHECKING SPELLING AND GRAMMAR

          Word 2019 allows you to not only add and edit text in a document, but also fix
          spelling and grammar mistakes. Word has in-built dictionary and grammar rules to

          check for such errors in a document.
          The  spelling  mistakes  in  a  document  are  marked  with  wavy  red                                lines,

          grammatical  mistakes  with  a  blue  double                             underline,  and  language
          improvements with a dashed blue                       underline.

          To check spellings and grammar:
            1.  On the Review tab, in the Proofing group, click Spelling & Grammar                           .

                  Word searches the document for errors and displays the Proofing pane on the

                  right side of the Work area. It displays each spelling and grammar error, and
                  options to correct each error.

            2.  For each spelling error, do one of the following:

                      To correct the listed error, click an option from the
                      Suggestions list.
                      To  correct  all  occurrences  of  the  listed  error,  click

                      the arrow beside an option and from the menu that
                      appears, click the Change All option.
                      To ignore the listed error once, click Ignore Once.

                      To ignore all occurrences of the listed error, click the
                      Ignore All option.

                      If the word listed as an error is correct as per your use, click the Add to Dictionary
                      option to add the word for future reference.
                  For each grammatical error, Word lists the error, provides a brief description

                  of the error, and provides options to correct it.
