We all must have heard about Alexa, Cortana, Google Nest which
can assist us in controlling the home appliances. These are some
examples to show how AI can translate human language and take
desired actions. These devices use speech recognition and NLP to
do various tasks on user’s commands. It can be used to control the
devices at your house, book cabs, make phone calls, listen to songs,
order your favourite food, check the weather conditions and so on.

AI in Education

AI-driven educational tools offer personalised learning experiences
for students. These tools can adapt to individual learning styles
and pace, providing customised content and feedback.

AI in Cyber Security

AI is employed to detect and respond to cyber threats by identifying
patterns and irregularities in network behaviour, enhancing security
measures and security to lower risks.

AI in Gaming

Rock, Paper and Scissor, Tic Tac Toe, Emoji Scavenger Hunt are
a few examples of AI based games that you have learnt in the
previous chapter. The role of AI in these games is to generate
responsive, adaptive or intelligent behaviours primarily in non-
player characters (NPCs) similar to human-like intelligence. In
general, AI needs to understand what a player does and how a
player feels during the play.
