CHAPATTI NOODLES
Ingredients:
• 4 leftover chapattis • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1–2 tablespoon refined oil • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 2 onions, chopped lengthwise • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1/4 cup cabbage, chopped lengthwise • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
• 1/4 cup carrot, chopped lengthwise • salt to taste
• 1 capsicum, chopped lengthwise
Method:
• Cut the leftover chapattis into strips.
• Heat refined oil, add onions and garlic. Saute until it turns brown.
• Now, add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage, saute on medium high flame till slightly
cooked.
• Then, add soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, salt, and mix well.
• Now, add the chapatti strips and mix well. Cook for two minutes and toss well. The
dish is ready to serve.
