Nature & Us is a series of five books (for classes I to V) on Environmental Studies. In Books 1 and 2 the study of environment has been integrated with other subjects such as English, Maths and the Life sciences while Book 3, 4 and 5 are strictly based on the new integrated syllabus for Environmental Studies.
Children at the primary level perceive their environment, as a whole therefore instead of breaking the topics into parts and compartmentalising them into science, social sciences etc. we have followed the themes that are connected and inter related.
