Footsteps Social Studies is an excellent series of three books from classes 3 to 5. The series aims at laying the foundation of the basic concepts of social studies for the young learners. The series encourages the learners to explore, experience and exhibit learning through theory and practical examples, drawn around the immediate environment of the learners.
The books of the series have been carefully structured keeping in mind the age, knowledge, vocabulary and interest level of the learners. The series is designed systematically that revolve around ideas and themes drawn from history, geography and social & political life. While doing so, we strictly followed the syllabus laid by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (ICSCE).
