FOCUS on SCIENCE is a series for classes 3–5 strictly based on the latest syllabus prescribed by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). The content of the books has been developed keeping in mind the learning approach and development of scientific attitude and skills in the learners. The content helps students learn a concept through real-life examples and performing different activities. The activities and other experiments have been designed to facilitate the learners to develop the scientific skills such as experimentation, observation and making inferences. The themes and topics are explained with an integrated approach and take special efforts to provide adequate linkages for day-to-day experiences of the child.
