Q.6 Describe two barriers to effective communication and provide relevant examples.
Ans: 1. Language Barriers:
Language barriers occur when the sender and receiver do not share a common language or have
different levels of proficiency in a language. This can lead to misunderstandings and misinterpretations.
Example: A manager gives instructions in English to a team where some members are non-native
English speakers. The non-native speakers may misinterpret the instructions, leading to errors in task
execution.

Physical barriers refer to environmental factors that impede clear communication, such as noise,
distance, or faulty equipment. These can disrupt the transmission of the message and affect its clarity.
